3. Appointments and Cancellations

Clients must provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may incur a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the service price.

4. Payments

All payments are due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and other methods approved by Miami Cleaning Solution LLC.

5. Client Responsibilities

Clients must ensure access to the property during the scheduled service time and secure valuables and pets as needed. Miami Cleaning Solution LLC is not responsible for inaccessible areas or delays due to client inaction.

6. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us within 24 hours of completion. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue.

7. Damage and Liability

Our team is trained and insured. In the unlikely event of property damage caused by our team, Miami Cleaning Solution LLC will assess the situation and determine fair compensation or repairs.

8. Use of Non-Eco-Friendly Products

We do not use eco-friendly cleaning products unless requested in advance. Clients are responsible for informing us of allergies or sensitivities.

9. Changes to Terms

Miami Cleaning Solution LLC reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website and effective immediately unless otherwise stated.
